Backup iPhone photos to PC

I have 100GB of photos on my iPhone to backup. But my iCloud is near capacity, and I won't upgrade it to the next tier(2TB). So I'm wondering is there any way to backup my iPhone to my Windows 10 computer without iCloud. Thanks.
