Remote path: Select a remote folder containing OneDrive files you want to sync. Also, if you want to sync all the OneDrive files to Synology, you could choose the root folder of OneDrive.
Sync direction: You could choose among bidirectional sync, download remote changes only, or upload local changes only. Here is download remote changes only, then you will see an option "Don't remove files in the destination folder when they are removed in the source folder" in the lower location, please tick it to keep data intact in destination.
Step 3. In the confirm settings window, click “Advanced settings” to uncheck folders you don’t want sync, filter files by file size, file type, file name or extension. After that, click “Apply” to start the backup task.
