Step 1. Connect the device to the PC
Launch FoneTool and connect iPhone to the computer via a USB cable. If it's the first time you connect your iPhone to the computer, you need to tap Trust on iPhone to continue.

You can also sync VCF to your iPhone via sending Outlook email.
Step 1. Open the browser and go to outlook.com on your computer > Sign in with your Outlook account > Create an Outlook mail with the VCF files you need.
Step 2. Send the email to your own Outlook account and receive the email on your iPhone Outlook app.
Step 3. Then, save them on your iPhone and open the files.
