Cannot make backup files

Have you ever met the problem that you cannot make backup files? Two users shared their experiences in the forum:

Case 1:

"I can’t create a backup of my company file. I can still work in my company file, and all my data seems intact. However, when I close the program and try to backup the data, the backup won’t complete. I tried many ways to create a backup, portable company file, and accountant file. But the backup fails with an error message and the program just quits with other errors."

Case 2:

"I tried to create backup files for a week on my Windows 7, so I was going to back up to a local NAS. However, I got an error that Windows is installed on a disk which does not have enough space or it could be a temporary error. But my local hard disk has 290GB free and my NAS has 200GB free."
