We advise you to delete the NAS and then connect the NAS by inputting your IP address. If it still does not work, please delete the "NAS.xml" file under the path C:\ProgramData\AomeiBR and then re-add the NAS by inputting the IP address.
The possible reason is that after the files or folders are synced to the target path, the character of files or folders path exceeds the maximum path character allowed by Windows system. Although the files or folders cannot be accessed, they are not damaged. You can access the files or folders by cutting the parent directory of them to other path with less character. If they are still inaccessible after cutting operation, please contact our technical support and send the log folder in the installation directory to us.
The problem might be that the task can’t locate the backup files due to unknown reasons. You need to delete the task and then re-import the backup task by browsing the backup files under Tools-->Import/Export Configuration. After that, the task will be listed on the Home screen again.
After restoring legitimate Windows from one computer to others, it is normal that system prompted that system need to be activated again after it booting. Due to the fact that there is limitation to use activation code, therefore, you may need to activate the system again.

Generally, if there are too many clients (such as 10 or 20 computers) backing up to the same NAS or Network share storage simultaneously, it may lead to backup speed slow due to bandwidth pressure within the same LAN.
Therefore, AOMEI Backupper Network allows you to set the suitable numbers of clients that can be backed up at the same time based on the LAN bandwidth and the storage server's capacity.
However, the feature only works for these clients on which you perform backup manually via the AOMEI Backupper Network console. If these clients are performing schedule backup, it will be invalid. So, the actual numbers of clients performing backup may be greater than the one you set.
And, for schedule backups, you can set a different time for each computer in the same task or you can set a different time for each group to run this task so it can resolve the backup speed problem indirectly.
AOMEI Centralized Backupper doesn’t support backing up dynamic disks with disk backup and you can back up dynamic volumes with partition backup.
Please reboot the AOMEI Centralized Backupper program on the server-side, select and double-click the client computer with changing disk/partition information under Computers-->Controlled Computer, and then click the Refresh button to update.
If the client was online but becomes offline for some reason, it might be that the "Backupper Service" of the client has stopped. Please start the Windows Task Manager, select Services, and then restart "Backupper Service".
And, you can try to change the value CLEAN_VIRTUAL_ADAPTER from 1 to 0 under the path AOMEIBr\net\Global.ini on the server machine.
Also, you can try to set the property of AOMEI Backupper Server to "Delay Start" under Windows Task Manager.
If the problem remains, please contact our AOMEI Support Team and attach the log folder under the installation directories of AOMEI Centralized Backupper and the Agent so we will further analyze and help you find solutions.
Please first make sure your server and client are under the same physical LAN and manually install the Agent program on your client machines. We also advise you to close the anti-virus program and firewall and then check again.
And, please perform a two-way ping test first. If the ping can pass, please IP segment management and add the IP segment where the client machine is located in the AOMEI Centralized Backupper Settings and then refresh.
If the problem remains, please contact our AOMEI Support Team and attach the log folder under the installation directories of AOMEI Centralized Backupper and the Agent so we will further analyze and help you find solutions.
The network card might get a problem. Please check whether the network card of the current computer is enabled or the network environment is normal.
You can change the "ABNET CLEAN_VIRTUAL_ADAPTER" value to "0" under the path C:\ProgaramData\AomeiBR\net\Global.ini and retry to load the program.
Please find and reload the PreInstall.exe file on the client machine under the path C:\Program Files (x86)\AOMEI Centralized Backupper\tools.
After the PreInstall.exe is reloaded, please retry to remotely install the Agent on the client machine.

There are two methods to add your database source.
Method 1:
Click Database Backup in the top console to get in Database Backup interface. Click the box in the left side. Click Add DB Source and you’ll get a small popping out window. Select a database, edit the Name, and enter Host address, input Username and Password in sequence.
Method 2:
Click Sites Management in the top console and then Sources. Next, click DB Source option and then Add DB Source. And then, input the specific information of your database
There are two methods to add cloud storages.
Method 1
Click the box in the right side in either Website Backup or Database Backup interface. Click Add Cloud Drive in the lower-left corner. In the pop-out window, select a cloud (Google Drive, OneDrive or Dropbox) and edit the Name if you want to. Click OK. You need to login the cloud drive in advance.
Method 2
Click Sites Management in the top console and then Destination from the drop-down menu. Click Add Cloud Drive and then select a cloud from given options to save your website backup. Click Next. Click on Add Google Drive Account (or Add OneDrive Account or Add Dropbox Account) in the authorizing page to authorize. You need to login the cloud drive in advance.
