For example, when you manage to install iCloud, but a message saying that “There is a problem with this Windows Installer package.” pops up which doesn’t allow you to install or update iCloud.

If you get this message when you are installing or updating iCloud, there should be something wrong with the Windows Installer package of iCloud. Method 1. Fix Windows Installer package via repairing iCloud

When you receive the message that “There is a problem with this Windows Installer package” during iCloud installation on Windows 10 PC, the first thing you can try is to repair iCloud. Here is how to do it.

Step 1. Press the Windows Start button > Settings > Apps > Apps & features.

❶ Type check for updates in the search box > Select Check for updates. If there is an available update, select Install now.

Step 1. Download the program Install and Uninstall troubleshooter > Double click Microsoft Program Install and Uninstall exe file from your download folder and install it.

Step 2. Click Next when a new screen pops up > Now it will start detecting the problems by itself. Just wait until it finishes.

Step 3. Select Uninstalling when asked “Are you have a problem installing or uninstalling a program?”
