Why Need to Restore System Image to a New PC?
“I have a PC running windows 8. I have created a system image from this PC in advance and I'd like to restore that system image on a different machine with different configuration. But after finish recovering, I keep getting an error message and the new PC isn’t allowed to boot up. Is it available to build a system image on one PC and then load the system image on a totally different PC?”
This is the question from a PC user, maybe with time goes by, more and more PC users will need to restore system image to a new computer with different configuration. For example, if company’s system is crashed, it will take administrator long time to restore system to the same configuration computer one by one. Restore System Image to a New PC with AOMEI Backupper

Step1:After open destination computer, you will see AOEMI Backupper on desktop. Click Restore and then click Path to find Windows 7 system image. (If you store system image on external drive such as USB or DVD, You should plug it into destination computer before it starts up.
Step2:Click Share/NAS(system image is stored on NAS) then type the information as the pop-up window says to find system image.
Step3：Select backup point then click Next to go on.
Step4: Choose destination disk and click Next to continue in the pop-up window.
Step5: Click Start Restore
