Why I need backup my PC to external hard drive

●There is a lot of reasons a PC could lose all data stored on its external hard drive, such as a malicious software, viruses, hard drive fails, theft and so on. So backup my PC to external hard drive is an efficient way for data security.

●An external hard drive is portable for me, I can attach to my data wherever I want.

●It is perfect for me that external hard drive can work on most computers by plugging it into the USB port. And once backup is done, I can disconnect it and separate it from your computer. By this way, my PC files will not be affected by PC problems.

●An external hard drive has a large capacity so that I can store plenty of data.

In general, I can backup my PC to external hard drive in many ways. For example, I can use a Windows built-in tool, copy and paste or a backup software to complete the PC backup. Which way is the best for me? We all know the complexity of copying and pasting the data, it is a huge project when backing up my PC. Today, we just have a look at another two methods.
